A design and engineering practice building digital infrastructure for fashion, art, and culture. I lead the commercial side of the studio — pitching, pricing, and closing engagements, then running product, team, and timeline so every project ships on schedule. We work directly with clients to design, build, and operate the systems their businesses run on: e-commerce, collection management, publishing platforms, and custom applications. Design earns the client’s confidence; engineering and well-maintained systems earn their loyalty — most engagements begin with a single build and mature into years under management. Engineered across the full stack with SvelteKit, TypeScript, Node, Shopify, Supabase, and Stripe, from WebGL point-cloud viewers to production storefronts, deployed on Cloudflare, Railway, and GCP. Branding and marketing are part of the same engagement. Clients include TANIA, SONY Music / OVO, Luar, American Express, Tresemmé, Woolmark, Shayne Oliver Group, 3D Model Management, and CODE Magazine.

Authored the proposals, specifications, and sales documentation that won the business in the first place — and carried complex, high-value deals to the goal line on time, with a consistently high close rate.
